Introductory Prices:

Croteau MedCan provides full-service support for patients navigating the medical cannabis certification process. We review your medical records, help determine eligibility, explain cannabis options and dosing, walk you through the application process, and refer you to local notaries when needed (KY). To qualify in Kentucky, you must have one of these state-approved conditions:

  • Any type or form of cancer regardless of stage

  • Chronic, severe, intractable, or debilitating pain

  • Epilepsy or any other intractable seizure disorder

  • Multiple sclerosis, muscle spasms, or spasticity

  • Post-traumatic stress disorder

  • Chronic nausea or cyclic vomiting syndrome that has proven resistant to other conventional medical treatments

Please note: you will NOT qualify for a medical cannabis card in Kentucky if:

  1. You were convicted of a felony that classified you as a “violent offender”, or

  2. You were convicted of a drug-related felony at the state or federal level, EXCEPT if your sentence/probation was completed 5 or more years ago; or if Kentucky’s current medical cannabis law would have prevented the original conviction.

Medical Records Review

We begin with a thorough review of your medical history to determine whether you meet your state’s qualifying conditions for medical cannabis use. Please bring your own medical records confirming your diagnosis. If you’re unsure about your eligibility, we’ll help you understand the criteria and offer next steps if additional documentation is needed.

Cannabis Education

Cannabis isn’t one-size-fits-all. During your visit, we’ll walk you through the different forms of medical cannabis (like edibles, oils, tinctures, and vaporized options) and offer personalized guidance on dosing, timing, and methods tailored to your health goals and lifestyle.

Application Assistance

The KY medical cannabis card process can be overwhelming—we’re here to make it easy. We’ll guide you through each step of your application, explain how to submit the necessary documents, and provide instructions for accessing your card through the state system.

Notary Referrals

One step in the KY process requires a notarized form. We will provide you with the form and a list of trusted local notaries if you need one. You’ll also receive links to official state resources, so you feel confident in your next steps.
